Abstract: This deliverable describes the contents for implementing the game scenarios and the stories for the Stakeholder Management scenario. The content provided in this deliverable is partly the results of the conceptual work that has been conducted in identifying the possible content as well as the needs of the scenarios. This content will be used as input by the game developers in specifying the stories to be implemented. It is important to note that the content included in this deliverable will also be relevant for the other two scenarios as there is a lot of overlap among the scenarios (as discussed in the Deliverable D4.1, 2011). It also draws input from deliverables that have already been produced in the TARGET project. This work has been a result of a workshop and several discussions among several partners. It has been inspired by conceptual work on understanding the competences and how such soft skills may be implemented in a game as well as the QUATRIS model which describes a process for designing and implementing serious games (Cowley, Bedek et al. 2012).
