Abstract: the TARGET Navigator Services provide three levels of recommendations of TARGET stories (simple, personalized and adapted). The nature of the resulting deliverable D3.3 is a software prototype, consequently the purpose of this document is to support the software with some additional information that expounds on the motivation, background and technical overview of the TARGET Navigator Services. The outlined technical overview includes the architecture, API and installation instructions.
