The current version of the TARGET client software requires installation of files on the local host machine. This entails three easy steps:

• Step 1: Download the software package that has been compressed from the following url:

• Step 2: Decompress the downloaded file onto the local desktop

• Step 3: Run the installer (TARGET_Manager.exe) and follow the instructions

To run the software, the user may use the shortcut link on the desktop or in the windows program menu.
The software has some constraints in terms of requirements:
